  • How much does shipping cost?
    We ship to Australia nationwide at a cost of $10 each order for standard shipping, $16 for express shipping. Free shipping for orders over $200.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We don't ship internationally at this stage. Please subscribe for any updates.
  • How long does shipping usually take?
    All orders (except for pre-sales) will be dipatched withing 2 business days. We post all our parcels through AusPost, please refer to the tracking number provided. AusPost currently suggests 3-6 business days for interstate standard shipping, and 2-4 business days for interstates express shipping. Please note shipping may be delayed due to COVID-19 restrictions.
  • What's the return & exchange policy?
    If you changed your mind about your Qipao, we offer a full refund or exchange on unused items within 15 days of delivery. You will be responsible for any additional shipping cost. For any quality issues, we offer a full refund or a reshipment requested within 14 days of delivery. We will be responsible for any additional shipping cost.
  • How do I return/exchange my order?
    Please contact info@gardennine.com.au to explain your reason of return/exchange. Our friendly staff will assist you with your needs.
  • I love the dresses, but there is no suitable size for me?
    We apologize for that. Good news is we are preparing a wider range of size selection at the moment. Please send us a message and let us know what size you are looking for! And please subscribe for any update.
  • How do I clean my Qipao?
    Depending on the fabric, each Qipao will need to be washed accordingly. Please follow the washing instructions labled to each Qipao. We are not responsible for any damage caused by inappropriate cleaning. Please contact info@gardenine.com.au if you need any help!
